In 2025, we're back and giving you another opportunity to have your name on my car whilst also helping an amazing charity that I am proud to support - the Starlight Children's Foundation.

Together, we have now raised almost $2,500 for the Starlight Children's Foundation through our Ride with Borgy campaign, and we are looking to raise even more in 2025!

​

I spent most of my childhood in and out of hospital before having open-heart surgery at the age of 7 years old. Being so young, I don't remember much from this time in and out of hospital, but I do still remember the amazing things the Starlight Children's Foundation did for me.

​

An amazing memory I have was in the Starlight Express Room at the Westmead Children's Hospital, where I was spending most of my time. Any chance I got, I was in the Starlight Express Room where I met other kids going through different challenges. During that time it didn't matter what we were going through as there were so many activities to take our mind off what was happening - my choice was normally playing Mario Kart on Nintendo 64.

Starlight made these small moments in hospital fun, and it shows as these are some of the only memories from my time in hospital. It really helped to lighten up the experience of being in hospital and is something I want to ensure every child who has to go through tough times in hospital can experience.

​

To help with this, I will be running a number of different fund raising activities throughout the year, with the first of these being the Ride With Borgy program. Together we will donate 50% of all profits directly to the Starlight Children's Foundation which will help brighten the lives of seriously ill children.

You only need to sign up once for the year, and your name will go into every draw 1 or more times (depending on the package you choose).
